Corrected Suspension Geometry β Addresses the unfavorable upper ball joint and control arm angles created when the factory torsion-bar suspension is leveled, improving articulation, wheel travel, and overall suspension performance.
Increased Droop Travel β Improved upper control arm and ball joint geometry restores available downward suspension travel that can be lost when the factory suspension is leveled using torsion keys alone.
Improved Alignment Capability β Increased usable caster and camber adjustment helps alignment technicians properly set up the truck across a broader range of front ride heights.
Dual-Position Ball Joint Mounting β Allows the ball joint to be mounted above or below the control arm mounting plate, providing additional flexibility when optimizing ball joint angle, alignment, and suspension geometry.
Precision Laser-Cut Components β Manufactured using computer-designed, laser-cut steel components for exceptional fitment consistency and manufacturing accuracy.
Service-Friendly Design β Improved grease fitting access simplifies routine ball joint maintenance and lubrication.
Premium Bushing System β High-quality bushings and sleeves provide smooth articulation while minimizing unwanted suspension deflection.

Lifetime Warranty Protection β Axiom suspension and steering components are backed by the Axiom No-Nonsense Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser.
Description
The Axiom Supply Stage 3 FOX 2.0 Performance Leveling System for 2001-2010 GM HD Trucks was developed for owners who want more than simply raising the front of their truck.
A basic torsion-key leveling kit can increase ride height, but changing suspension height also affects upper control arm position, ball joint operating angle, droop travel, caster geometry, alignment capability, and shock performance.
The Axiom Stage 3 System addresses all of these areas as one complete suspension package.
At the foundation of the system are Axiom Supply forged torsion leveling keys, providing up to 2" of adjustable front ride height to reduce factory rake and create additional clearance for larger wheel and tire combinations.
Rather than forcing the factory shocks to operate outside their ideal range, Stage 3 replaces all four shocks with FOX Performance Series 2.0 IFP shocks specifically suited to stock and leveled GM HD suspension configurations.
FOX's monotube Internal Floating Piston architecture separates the shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen gas chamber, helping prevent aeration and maintain consistent damping as temperatures and operating conditions change.
Race-developed high-flow pistons, application-specific valving, and aluminum shock bodies work together to provide improved suspension control while retaining the comfortable, predictable ride characteristics expected from a premium daily-driven truck.
The result is a suspension that feels more controlled over broken pavement, more composed through larger suspension movements, and more predictable when towing, hauling, or traveling off-road.
But improved damping is only part of the Stage 3 system.
Raising a torsion-bar GM HD changes the operating position of the upper control arm and can make achieving desirable caster increasingly difficult.
The included Axiom Supply Heavy-Duty Upper Control Arms address this through purpose-engineered suspension and caster geometry.
Unlike many competing aftermarket control arms that incorporate a fixed amount of caster correction intended around one predetermined lift or leveling height, Axiom engineered the caster correction directly into the control arm geometry to provide usable alignment range throughout a broad range of ride heights.
This means the alignment technician can properly set the suspension based on the truck's actual ride height and configuration, rather than forcing the truck to work around control arm geometry designed specifically for one fixed leveling setting.
The result is improved straight-line stability, steering return-to-center, alignment capability, suspension articulation, and overall driving characteristics.
The Axiom control arms also help restore available droop travel lost when the front suspension is raised with torsion keys alone. Improved upper ball joint operating angles allow the suspension to move more naturally without forcing the joint toward the limits of its available articulation.
Structurally, each control arm utilizes Axiom's true double-shear construction, built from matching upper and lower 3/16" laser-cut steel plates that are hand welded into one rigid structural assembly.
Rather than supporting the ball joint from a single mounting surface, the double-shear design supports the mounting area from both sides, distributing suspension loads more effectively while reducing flex under heavy steering and suspension loads.
Each control arm is equipped with an Axiom Supply AX6292 Bolt-On Upper Ball Joint featuring our Grade 12.9 Extreme-Duty Ball Stud technology.
The bolt-in design combines exceptional strength with long-term serviceability, allowing the ball joint itself to be replaced independently without replacing the complete upper control arm.
Axiom's dual-position ball joint mounting system adds another level of suspension setup flexibility, allowing the ball joint to be positioned above or below the mounting plate depending on the vehicle's suspension configuration.
Combined with premium bushings, precision sleeves, forged torsion leveling keys, corrected caster geometry, and a complete set of FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, Stage 3 creates a suspension package designed to function as a complete system rather than a collection of unrelated aftermarket components.
Whether your GM HD is a daily-driven Duramax, tow rig, work truck, off-road build, or oversized-tire street truck, the Axiom Supply Stage 3 FOX 2.0 Performance Leveling System delivers the ride height, caster correction, suspension travel, shock control, alignment capability, strength, and serviceability required to transform the way the truck looks, drives, and performs.

Ball Joint Interchange
The included Axiom Supply AX6292 utilizes the common aftermarket bolt-in upper ball joint pattern associated with:
K6292
MOOG K6292
The AX6292 is a serviceable bolt-in ball joint designed specifically for compatible aftermarket GM HD upper control arms.
Note: K6292 interchange applies to the bolt-in ball joint used with compatible aftermarket upper control arms. It is not the same design as the factory press-in upper ball joint used in the original stamped GM control arm.
Maintenance
Apply approximately 3 pumps of grease to each ball joint during installation.
For continued performance, service each ball joint every 5,000-7,000 miles.
Use only the amount of grease necessary to properly lubricate the joint and avoid over-greasing.
Periodically inspect ball joints, control arm bushings, torsion-key adjustment hardware, shocks, and suspension mounting hardwareβparticularly on vehicles used off-road, for heavy towing, or with oversized tires.
