Shipping policy
At Axiom Supply, we’re committed to delivering high-quality suspension and steering components quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for all customers in the U.S. and abroad.
Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Daily Shipping Cutoff:
Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST are processed the same business day whenever possible.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
Made-to-Order / Specialty Items: Components requiring fabrication or custom setup may require additional lead time. These lead times will be noted on product pages or communicated via email.
Business Days: Processing occurs Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and qualified freight carriers for oversized items.
Standard Shipping
Delivery typically within 3–7 business days after the order is processed.
Tracking information is emailed once the package ships.
Expedited Shipping
Options such as 2-Day or Overnight shipping may be available at checkout.
Expedited orders must be placed before 1:00 PM PST for same-day processing.
Orders placed after cutoff may ship the next business day.
Freight Shipping (Oversized Items)
Some suspension kits, long-travel components, bumpers, axles, coilovers, leaf packs, and other oversized items require freight delivery.
Freight carriers may contact you to schedule a curbside delivery appointment.
Customers must inspect freight deliveries before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Weight and dimensions
Destination
Carrier and service level
Any required freight surcharges
Oversized, heavy, or specialty products may incur additional fees.
Shipment Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Locations
United States
We ship to all 50 states. Some remote areas may require additional transit time or surcharges.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
International transit times vary based on carrier and customs processing.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
Photograph the damage.
For freight shipments, do not sign if damage is visible.

Lost Shipments
If tracking shows your package is lost, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
Missing Items
Some orders may ship in multiple boxes. Check for additional tracking numbers before contacting support.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipment fees.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have entered processing or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
