The Axiom No-Nonsense Lifetime Warranty

At Axiom Supply, we build parts to perform and last. Our Lifetime Warranty is simple: if an Axiom Supply part fails because of a defect, premature wear, or breakage, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Warranty Eligibility

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser.

The product must have been purchased directly from Axiom Supply or from an authorized Axiom Supply dealer.

Warranty registration is not required. However, proof of purchase is required when submitting a claim. Claims submitted without proof of purchase may not be approved.

What’s Covered

Our suspension and steering components are covered for life against manufacturer defects, premature wear, and breakage.

Approved warranty claims include a replacement part of equal or greater quality.

Warranty coverage applies to replacement parts only. Refunds are not issued under this warranty.

Labor, installation costs, collateral damage, and shipping costs are not covered unless otherwise stated.

How to File a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, visit:

Complete the Warranty Claim Form and include clear photos or videos showing the issue whenever possible.

Our team will review your claim and contact you within two business days with any additional instructions.

In most cases, we can review and approve a claim using the photos, videos, and information provided. You will only be asked to send the part in for inspection if the problem cannot be clearly shown through photos or videos, or if you are unable or unwilling to provide them.

If the failure is determined to be related to a manufacturer defect, premature wear, or breakage—and not an installation issue or other unrelated cause—we will provide a replacement part of equal or greater quality.

Shipping Outside the Lower 48 States

Customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other locations outside the contiguous United States may receive an approved replacement part at no charge but will be responsible for the associated shipping costs.

If the part lets you down, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Warranty Exclusions

There are no mileage limits, time limits, or restrictions based on normal vehicle use, modifications, off-road use, towing, hauling, oversized tires, or lifted suspension systems.

Warranty coverage does not apply to an incorrectly installed part, a part that does not fit the listed application, or a failure caused by another damaged vehicle component.
