Axiom Supply Lifetime Warranty Policy

At Axiom Supply, we’re committed to delivering products built to perform—and built to last. Our Lifetime Warranty is a reflection of that commitment.

 

 

Warranty Eligibility

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Products must be purchased directly from Axiom Supply or through an authorized dealer.

  • No registration is required, but proof of purchase must be provided for any warranty claim.

  • Claims submitted without proof of purchase will be denied.

 

 

What’s Covered

  • This warranty covers replacement of defective parts only.

  • Axiom Supply will not issue refunds under any circumstances.

  • This warranty does not cover collateral damage, labor, installation, or shipping costs.

 

 

How to File a Claim

  1. If you believe a product has failed due to a defect, visit; axiomsupply.com/pages/warranty-claim and complete the Warranty Claim Form.

  2. You will be contacted within 2 business days with further instructions.

  3. All parts being considered for replacement must be inspected by an Axiom Supply representative.

  4. If the failure is determined to be caused by a manufacturer defect and not due to misuse or installation error, a replacement part of equal or greater quality will be provided.

 

 

Shipping Note for Non-Contiguous U.S. Customers

Customers located outside the Lower 48 states (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories) may receive replacement parts at no charge, but will be responsible for shipping costs.

Our suspension and steering components are warrantied for life to the original purchaser against any manufacturer defects, premature wear, or breakage.

Push it to the limit—we don’t care.
If the part lets you down, we will make it up to you!
