Features
True Metal-to-Metal Design – Heavy-duty internal contact surfaces eliminate the lightweight construction found in many OEM-style ball joints and provide increased strength and rigidity under load.
Grade 12.9 Heat-Treated Stud – Industry-leading high-strength stud construction is engineered to withstand the extreme steering and suspension loads created by aggressive riding, oversized tires, and demanding terrain.
Heavy-Duty Oversized Internals – Upgraded internal components provide greater strength, stability, and durability compared to the factory ball joint.
Locking Retainer Design – Oversized threaded retainer and locking nut construction helps securely hold the ball joint in the control arm and resist movement under severe suspension loads.
Premium Gold Zinc Hardware – Gold zinc-plated stud and locking nut provide additional corrosion resistance while delivering a clean, premium finish.
Corrosion-Resistant Body – Durable black protective finish helps defend the ball joint against moisture, mud, dirt, and harsh off-road environments.
Serviceable Grease Port – Greaseable construction allows the ball joint to be serviced throughout its life for dependable long-term performance.
Direct Bolt-In Replacement – Designed for control arms that retain the factory-size ball joint with no special modifications required.
Description
The Axiom Supply Heavy Duty Polaris RZR Ball Joint is built for riders who expect more from their suspension than a standard replacement part can deliver.
Instead of relying on lightweight OEM-style construction, Axiom designed this ball joint around true metal-to-metal contact surfaces, oversized heavy-duty internals, and an industry-leading Grade 12.9 heat-treated stud. The result is a substantially stronger assembly designed to handle the increased loads generated by hard riding, rough terrain, larger tires, and modified suspension setups.
Axiom's oversized threaded retainer and locking nut design helps keep the ball joint securely captured inside the control arm, providing increased rigidity where conventional designs can begin to move or loosen under repeated abuse.
The assembly is finished with a gold zinc-plated stud and locking hardware, premium components, and a corrosion-resistant black body to provide lasting protection in the mud, water, dust, and debris that come with serious off-road use.
Whether you're replacing a worn factory ball joint or upgrading your RZR before the stock components become the weak point, the Axiom Supply Heavy Duty Ball Joint delivers the strength, serviceability, and durability serious machines demand.
