The Axiom 3-Wheeler Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is governed by these Official Rules. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
1. Sponsor
Axiom Supply LLC, 2222 Park Place #3D, Minden, NV 89423 ("Sponsor"). Questions about the Sweepstakes: info@axiomsupply.com.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York, Florida and Rhode Island, who are at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and of the advertising, promotion and marketing agencies working on the Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on November 2, 2026 at 12:28 PM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. Every entry, however it was earned, goes into the same drawing and has the same chance of being selected.
A. Purchase entries. Each order placed at axiomsupply.com during the Promotion Period earns 1 entry for every whole U.S. dollar of merchandise subtotal, after discounts and excluding taxes, shipping and handling charges, and gift card purchases, rounded down to the nearest whole dollar. Entries are credited to the email address on the order; no other action is needed. Orders placed through wholesale, dealer or distributor accounts, and orders that Sponsor creates on a customer's behalf (draft or invoiced orders), do not earn entries. Entries attributable to any part of an order that is cancelled, returned or refunded before the drawing are void.
B. Free entries (no purchase necessary). During the Promotion Period, visit axiomsupply.com/pages/giveaway, complete the free entry form with your first and last name, email address, state of residence and (optionally) phone number, confirm that you are eligible, agree to these Official Rules, and submit the form. Each completed free entry earns 25 entries. If you cannot use the online form, you may instead email info@axiomsupply.com with the subject line "Giveaway Entry" and your full name, email address and state of residence; each such email received during the Promotion Period also earns 25 entries. Limit one (1) free entry per person and per email address per calendar day (PT), across both free methods. Joining Sponsor's email list is optional and is never required to enter.
C. Entry conditions. Entries are void if made with multiple or false email addresses or identities, by any automated, robotic, macro, script or programmed method, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. Entries are not transferable. An entry is deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used, meaning the natural person assigned that address by the provider. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or undeliverable entries, or for entries not received because of technical failures of any kind. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
5. Prize
One (1) grand prize: Axiom Supply custom 3-wheeler (the "Prize"). Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $5,000. The Prize is awarded "as is," with no warranty or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, from Sponsor. The Prize is intended for off-road use. The winner is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and for any title, registration, licensing, insurance, safety equipment, maintenance and operation of the Prize. Sponsor will deliver the Prize to the winner within the contiguous United States, or make it available for pickup at a location Sponsor designates, at Sponsor's option. No cash alternative, transfer, assignment or substitution of the Prize is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the Prize and for any other costs not expressly provided for in these Official Rules. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the ARV of the Prize.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about January 7, 2027, Sponsor or its designee will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Verification
Sponsor will contact the potential winner by email and/or phone using the information provided with the entry or order. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, and must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release, together with an IRS Form W-9, within fourteen (14) days after those documents are sent. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond or return the documents in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will select up to three (3) alternates, after which the Prize may go unawarded. Sponsor may verify eligibility, including age, residency and identity, and the validity of any purchase entries, before awarding the Prize.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, accepting the Prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without further compensation, notice or approval.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, personal injury and property damage, arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network or telephone failures, for human or printing errors, or for any other errors that may affect the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning, and in that event to award the Prize in a random drawing from the eligible entries received before the cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or who acts in violation of these Official Rules.
10. Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any dispute arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nevada, and that any claims, judgments and awards are limited to the actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter, excluding attorneys' fees.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Sweepstakes and is otherwise subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entrants who choose to join Sponsor's email list will also receive marketing emails and may unsubscribe at any time.
12. Social Platforms
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X or any other social platform. Each entrant releases those platforms from any liability relating to the Sweepstakes.
13. Winner's Name
For the winner's name, available after the winner is verified, email info@axiomsupply.com with the subject line "Giveaway Winner," or mail a request to Sponsor at the address in Section 1, within ninety (90) days after the end of the Promotion Period.
